Pulping and dynamic mixing equipment
The core process unit of the inlet section directly determines the forming quality of gypsum slurry:
Slurry storage tank group: equipped with a constant temperature control device to stabilize the temperature of fiber slurry above 35 ℃, ensuring the process stability of subsequent foaming and mixing processes.
Full automatic dynamic foaming system: after the foaming agent and water are mixed in precise proportion, the uniform and fine foam is generated through the high-pressure dynamic foaming device, which directly determines the lightweight and high-strength properties of the finished gypsum board.

Protective paper and forming docking equipment

Automatic unwinding machine for upper and lower paper: equipped with inflation shaft and magnetic powder brake, the tension of the protective paper feeding is constant throughout the process, avoiding problems such as deviation and wrinkles.
Automatic correction and scoring unit: The upper and lower paper are respectively processed by a photoelectric automatic correction machine, and the lower paper is synchronously processed for surface scoring, greatly improving the bonding strength between the protective paper and the gypsum core layer.
Vibration forming platform: After the gypsum slurry falls onto the lower paper, the bubbles inside the slurry are quickly expelled through high-frequency micro amplitude vibration, ensuring that the board core is dense without holes. Finally, a standard thickness gypsum board wet blank is extruded between the upper and lower protective paper.

Full process closed-loop control system: All main and auxiliary material addition, equipment speed, and proportioning parameters are connected to the central PLC system, which can automatically and dynamically adjust with the production line speed, adapting to the needs of high-speed continuous production.
Pulse back blowing dust removal system: The entire section is equipped with sealed dust removal points, and the dust emission concentration is much lower than the national environmental protection standards, fully meeting the local industrial environmental protection requirements in Shandong.
Waste heat preheating supporting device: It can be connected to the boiler flue gas waste heat in the back-end drying section to preheat the incoming raw materials and water, significantly reducing overall production energy consumption.
