At this point, the thickness and density of the board need to be precisely controlled, with errors controlled within millimeters. After forming, the wet board immediately enters the multi-layer drying kiln, and the high-temperature hot air circulation system gradually dehydrates in a gradient heating mode, while avoiding cracking of the board. The energy management and temperature control accuracy in this stage directly affect the strength and flatness of the finished product.

3. Surface treatment and cutting: details determine application scenarios

After drying, the board is polished with a surface sanding machine to remove defects and coated with a moisture-proof layer or waterproof coating as needed. Subsequently, the intelligent cutting equipment automatically trims and drills according to the order specifications to ensure accurate dimensions of ± 0.5mm. Some production lines also introduce automated packaging lines to stack and seal finished products before direct shipment.

Technological Innovation and Future Directions

Modern gypsum board production lines are moving towards intelligence. By introducing the Internet of Things and AI algorithms, devices can monitor energy consumption in real-time, predict faults, and even optimize parameters based on environmental conditions. In the future, with the increasing demand for low-carbon building materials, the popularization of environmentally friendly gypsum raw materials and low-energy equipment will further promote industry upgrading, and this production line equipment will still be the "behind the scenes hero" of the construction industry.
