Gypsum board, as an important component of modern building decoration materials, is highly dependent on professional complete sets of equipment in its production process. A complete gypsum board production line usually consists of five modules: raw material preparation, forming, drying, cutting, and packaging. Each link is equipped with specialized equipment for collaborative operation, forming an efficient production system.
1、 Raw material preparation system
Raw material preparation is the fundamental process of production, mainly including gypsum powder storage bin, mixing mixer, and conveying equipment. The high-speed mixer adopts dual axis differential mixing technology, which can achieve uniform mixing of raw materials such as gypsum powder, water, additives, etc. within 3 minutes, ensuring that the density error of the slurry is ≤ 2%. The intelligent metering system is equipped with high-precision weighing sensors, achieving a raw material ratio error of less than 0.5%, providing a stable slurry foundation for subsequent molding.
2、 Forming and drying equipment
The core equipment in the forming stage is the forming machine, which adopts vacuum adsorption forming technology and has a working pressure of -0.08MPa to ensure uniform density of the sheet metal. The four layer composite molding machine can simultaneously produce multi-layer structured gypsum boards, enhancing product strength. The drying kiln adopts a hot air circulation system with a temperature control accuracy of ± 2 ℃. It is equipped with a waste heat recovery device, which improves the thermal efficiency to over 85% and saves 30% energy compared to traditional equipment.
3、 Cutting and post-processing system
The automatic cutting machine is equipped with a laser positioning device, with a cutting accuracy of ± 0.5mm, and can adjust the length and width of the sheet as needed. Surface treatment equipment includes sanding machines and coating machines, with sanding accuracy controlled at Ra ≤ 1.6 μ m and coating uniformity ≥ 95%. The intelligent packaging line adopts a servo drive system, with a packaging speed of up to 120 sheets per minute, equipped with automatic weighing and coding devices.
4、 Intelligent control system
Modern complete sets of equipment are equipped with PLC control systems to achieve full process automation operation. The central control room monitors the real-time operation status of various equipment through industrial computers, with a data acquisition frequency of 1 time/second and a fault warning response time of less than 30 seconds, ensuring the continuous and stable operation of the production line.
