Gypsum board, as an indispensable material in the modern construction field, is crucial for its efficient, precise, and environmentally friendly production process. The production process of gypsum board equipment mainly includes the milling process, board making process, and subsequent drying, trimming, and stacking steps.

1、 Flour milling process

The milling process is the first step in the production of gypsum board. Firstly, phosphogypsum is dried in a rotary dryer and a low calorific value coal flue gas boiling furnace, and then calcined in a hot oil boiling furnace. During this process, the cyclone dust removal and electrostatic precipitator system work together to effectively recover semi hydrated gypsum powder, ensuring the purity of the raw materials. Subsequently, the semi hydrated gypsum powder is transported by belt conveyors, mills, and other equipment to the heat transfer oil boiling furnace for further processing, ultimately obtaining gypsum powder that meets production requirements.

2、 Board making process

The board making process is to mix the processed gypsum powder with other raw materials to make the core part of gypsum board. During this process, the batching system, plate making system, and heat source system work closely together. The batching system accurately measures various raw materials to ensure the uniformity of gypsum slurry; The board making system spreads gypsum slurry onto the protective paper through a continuous and automatic conveying system, and forms wet gypsum boards through forming, extrusion and other processes; The heat source system provides stable heat to ensure the solidification and forming of gypsum slurry.

3、 Subsequent processes

After forming, wet gypsum board needs to go through subsequent processes such as drying, trimming, and stacking. The drying process uses hot steam as a heat source, and exchanges heat with gypsum board through hot air to slowly evaporate the moisture in the board, reaching the specified moisture content. The edge cutting process precisely removes the irregular parts of the gypsum board edge to ensure the dimensional accuracy of the finished product. Finally, the stacking process orderly stacks the finished gypsum boards for subsequent transportation and storage.

The entire production process of gypsum board equipment is not only efficient and precise, but also pays attention to environmental protection.
